Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to my data after my account is deleted?
Once your account ownership is confirmed, we permanently delete your Firebase authentication record, your profile (name, email, coin balance, VIP status), your unlocked coupon history, and your daily activity records. We do not retain a copy of this data after deletion, except where we are required to keep limited transaction records (such as purchase receipts) for accounting, tax, or legal compliance purposes, which we retain for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
How long does the account deletion process take?
Requests submitted through this page are reviewed and processed within 30 days after we confirm you are the account owner. If you delete your account directly from within the App (Profile → Delete Account), it is deleted immediately.
Can I download my data before deleting my account?
Data export options can be requested through the official support channel before account deletion is completed.
